Wow! I just got an email from my agency that said this:The Special Needs Team would like to announce that the CCAA has posted new shared referrals! This shared system allows multiple agencies to view these children in hope of finding families for them. The challenging aspect to this system is that America World cannot guarantee a child's availability as multiple agencies have access to these referrals. Because of this, we are working quickly to contact individual families whose special needs application matches with some of the special needs and age ranges of these referrals.
I don't really know what exactly it means for us....I just know that we are once again, sigh, getting closer to Karleigh Mei! Be praying for all of the families that get a call!!

I hope this means it is good news, Jenn. Well, any day that passes is one step closer to Karleigh Mei no matter how you look at it!
Waiting on pins and needles with you.
Love,
Lisa
I guess that sounds kinda cool. What I get fom that is that instead of a child sitting at another agency not getting a home they can be matched with any agency. Like the a matching list. Kinda of like a hospital might use. (I know that sounds weird) If a hospital just matched it's own patients they might not find a match so they do nationwide matches.Anyway sounds great Jenn. Tonya
I hope you have your baby girl in your arms soon. :)
