19 Years Ago Today...

Alexandra Lillian was born!

{Helper of mankind, Pure and Beautiful}

And what a perfect name for my Lexie girl!!

Here are my original two girls! Such beautiful girls and sisters! Sometimes, it feels like De Ja Vu with my bitty girls! What a joy!!

Lexie was such a good and sweet baby!

Oh how we adored this bitty little girl!

And we loved her beautifully curly hair!

Before we knew what was happening she was growing up.

Her first day of Kindergarten.

And she totally surprised us with her bravery and got up in front of a crowd of people and sang in a talent show!

She's a friend for life. She's one of the best friends you could ever have. I know, 'cause she's one of mine! :)

Almost a teenager.

She spent her 13th summer helping her Aunt Sarah after she delivered twin boys! Here she is a bit older....as are the twins! :)

A silly teenager! A love her silly, sweet Spirit!

She's always been a loving big sister.

And a silly one.

Yep. And sometimes an annoying one. :)

 I love how she prayed and loved her Mei Mei home. How she loved her from the very beginning!!

And Mei Mei loved her right back!

 I have loved watching her love the least of these.

{on a mission trip to Uganda, loving on orphans}

I love her heart.

We were totally surprised at the beautiful speech she gave at Katie's wedding. I'll never forget how beautiful, elegant, and poised she was.

And I love how she
 fully and completely fell in love with the bittiest, Annie.

 Lexie, I am so very proud of you!! I LOVE who the Lord is growing you up to be. It's a joy and a pleasure to watch you, as you continue to seek Him in your life.

I love you, my baby girl!!

she seems like such a precious young woman. She is the kind of girl that us other moms look at at & only hope that our own daughters are 1/5 of what she is becoming. Her soft heart for the Lord and her love for others and her family? And the downtrodden? Yeah, she's a good one!

happy 19 years to your "baby" :)
