"Knowing You"

We were at my in-law's a couple of weeks ago.  Both my mother-in-law and father-in-law are talented in the art area.  I was asked if I wanted to give anything artsy a whirl and so I chose a lump of clay to try my hand at.  I originally started my "lump of clay" as a woman kneeling and praying.  But, with my constant thoughts of my Karleigh Mei, I added a little girl in her lap.  As I was forming this little girl, I prayed for Karleigh Mei and each precious part I was creating.  In NO WAY am I saying that this is a wonderful piece of work....but it has become something special to me, as it was somehow a part of Karleigh Mei I could touch and feel. It made me long for her all the more.  I titled my piece of "art" :o) , "Knowing You". I can't wait until I can hold my sweet Karleigh Mei Qian in my lap and truly get to know her.
