PA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm doing the PA (pre-approval) dance!!!  Woo Hoo!!!

*** I have had several people ask me, "What does PA mean?".  I remember asking the same thing and I apologize for not explaining it.  PA basically means that China has gone over our initial request to adopt Karleigh Mei.  They are now moving our "application file into the procedure for adoption of special-needs children." Meaning....they still have more reviewing to do.  The next step is for them to give us RA--which stands for Referral Approval. This is the big one we are really waiting for.  This could take 4-6 months to get (gasp and weep!) but we are believing that God can move this along much quicker if He just so chooses!  Pray along with us!!
