Today, Karleigh Mei is just one month shy of turning 3 years old. What a beautiful, wonderful age! My heart aches that I've not been able to be with her for her first 3 years of her life. But I trust in God and know that His ways are perfect.
Today I have waited 83 days for our RA. I know it is coming soon...but sometimes it's hard to believe. Waiting for it this long is making getting it all the sweeter!

I understand how your heart aches! I had prayed that we'd be in China to celebrate our son's birthday, but he'll turn 2 next Wednesday. We are close though as we will have him in arms on the 27th. I don't fully understand why we have to miss his birthday, but I know God has a reason that someday will be revealed to me.
Hang in there, our RA came at day 87. Yours should come soon!

Waiting for our's too, I know how you feel. We just have to keep reminding ourselves that our LOA's will come in His time, as hard as it is to do. :) Happy 35 month old birthday to Karleigh Mei!! This long wait will soon be rewarded with a wonderful gotcha and she will be in your arms forever!
