One of the great things about all this awful waiting is that I have had the time and the chance to meet some incredible people. They have been an incredible source of encouragement to me, and I have been so very blessed by their friendship. The Lord has been oh-so-kind to put me in contact with three sweet ladies in my area who have adopted from China. One of the first things that I noticed when I got Karleigh Mei's referral was that she is almost EXACTLY the same age as these girls! Karleigh Mei is 6 months younger, 1 day older and 21 days older than these girls. Such a God thing!! Yeah!! Karleigh Mei has instant friends! Here is a picture of these three beauties. I "lifted" this picture from one of the girl's site--hope you don't mind Lisa! :o) I can't wait to see my little Karleigh Mei in the mix!!
We requested an update on Karleigh Mei through Ladybugs and Love and this is one of the things they said about her:
"She gets along so well with other children and she loves to play with them."
Karleigh Mei, you've got some really great friends waiting here for you. Sweet little friends who have been praying for you! The Lord is so, so, good and faithful!!

That is so great that you have so many friends for miss Karleigh Mei already. Maybe in a few months you can post a picture with 4 little girls in it.(or 5) Can't wait to see that picture:)
We have the same sort of "friend story" but ours is that two of the girls we traveled with live in the city that we are now moving to...
AND one of them is traveling to China with us again on the 23rd to pick up their son who is just 7 months younger than ours. God amazes me sometimes.

I know that little blessing on the far right!!! What a blessing for Karleigh Mei to have these special friends, and Mom's too in her life! I am praying that paperwork is on it's way! It is time to get that precious daughter of yours home!!!!!! SOON SOON!!!!
