2 More Days 'Till China Bound!!

I saw this video on a friend's blog. The emotions I had going through me as I watched it were of incredible joy and thankfulness to our Lord. It feels like it was just a short time ago when it was Christmas time last year....we had our dossier sent off on December 7th to China and I was dreaming of what the next Christmas might hold. I knew that the chances were very high that our Karleigh Mei was born and she was spending Christmas without us. To know that I will have my girl with me....WITH me....IN my arms in only 6 more days....is overwhelming. Knowing that my family will be all together...all 7 of us...this Christmas...is truly the most wonderful gift!!

Don't forget to quiet my music on the side before you watch this video.

We are coming Karleigh Mei!!!!!

Oh...I am SO excited for you and Karl!! I will be praying for your safe travels, and for God to orchestrate things in a way only He is capable of. That His presence will be a comfort and a delight through your entire trip. That Karleigh Mei will come to you easily and for her future - that she will see how much you love her and know that God is her Father who loved her enough to send you. I can't wait to meet her, and will be praying for you in the weeks to come!

This is a good song. I saw Third Day sing it live with the video in the background last December. I have it on my Ipod and listen to it a lot lately. Mattilyn was born December 2nd so it really tugs at my heart. When I need a good cry (and sometimes during this process we just need a good cry don't we) I play that song.
