Picture time!

I laughed out loud whenever I saw this picture! How cute is she?!? God sure did deliver whenever I asked for the cutest little girl in all of China! ;)
Our Silly Girl!
She still loves her Baba...
But from what I hear...she has fallen in love with her Mama as well! She is adjusting so well! She treats both Mama and Baba equally now! Praise Jesus!
Tired Baby!
This is group of school kids that were out in search of Americans so that they could practice their English with them! The teachers asked my dad if he would go up to each of them and then they would ask how he was doing and say their name. I know my dad was just loving this! And I know that they must have loved my dad. They were calling him "Uncle Karl". How cute!
Isn't this just such a cute picture?!
"Xiao!" This is like saying "cheese!" in Chinese! And of course she puts up her peace signs!
God is sooooo good!!!

I talked to Miss Sas and mama and daddy just a little bit ago. I can not express to you just how SWEET she is!! She has the FUNNIEST little expressions! And she loves her mama so much. My mom had her giggling so much. She is just so precious. She sang Jingle Bells for me too!!! She is so very smart!!!

Oh, and one last thing about our little beauty. The guides keep telling my parents that she is a traditional beautiful Chinese girl. They said that beautiful little girls have lips like little cherries and eyebrows like willow trees! Haha!! And she has got both of those things! :)

They come home in 3 days!!
Whoooo Hooooo!!

I have absolutely loved every picture but today is really fabulous! I know that Karl was thrilled to help them and they had to have responded to him beautifully and to dear, dear Jennifer. It's wonderful. Karleigh Mei is precious.

Hello, Gagers! We've been following the blog, praying and loving all the photos! It is especially fun to see you all in Guangzhou -- we have so many sweet memories from our time there. I'm glad to see Karleigh Mei has taken to Starbucks. She and Olivia will get along well. :) I hope you are also doing a little shopping for treasures to remember your time in China. We had so much fun shopping in GZ. We can't wait to see you and your sweet China girl in San Antonio! Hugs, shawna

OK, well she is one of the two cutest little girls from China! ;) SHE is precious and her lips are adorable!!! I remember Jenn when you sent me the email about her and you spoke of her little lips! She looks like she is doing so well. I miss the island! Cindy and I spent about 2 hours there one day and had a great time. I want to go back!!!

I like her nickname. It looks like it fits! I have a little Sassy pants too. In fact, she was giving me some real sass this morning! Right now she is giving me peanuts and raisins. Can't wait to hear you are home and see how she takes in all her ge ges and jie jies!!! What a wonderful Christmas it will be at the X household!

This is the best post so far! First, Karleigh Mei has definitely come out and is obviously feeling ultra comfortable which is AWESOME! She's too funny and cute.

Jenn and Karl, I love that you've had this special time to be together with Karleigh Mei. I also can't wait for you to be together as a family of seven. Yep! Seven.

Thanks for letting us join you on the journey.

Love,
Lisa

I have been praying for you as you are in China picking up your darling new daughter! She is just precious...I cannot help but laugh at the picture of Jenn and Karleigh Mei with the straws...your mouths look just alike, and she looks like she is trying so hard to imitate her mama! It makes me laugh :) I can't wait to meet her in person, and could not be more thrilled for you and your family!! Adoption makes my heart sing, and while I cried with you during your first post(s), I have rejoiced with you during your last ones...I keep walking around at work with a smile, telling everyone that I meet about how my friends just picked up their new baby in China :) What an amazing testimony of God's love for us and His intimate care for each one of us...even sweet Karleigh Mei all the way on the other side of the world. I know how the blind man felt when he was healed - how he ran to tell everyone about God's greatness. I feel that in my heart...for you!!! I am blessed to know you, and can't wait to see you with your little sassy-pants :)
