Today I was able to pull Garrison out to snap some shots of him. We also had a party with some of his friends at the house this evening. His birthday was two weeks ago, but his first party had to be canceled because he had gotten a bad ear infection. :(
Garrison is quite the guy. He's super nice and very polite. I love having him around!
He's now a teenager. If he's anything like his older brother and sisters, he's going to be an AWESOME teenager! Teenagers always get the bad rap. But in my experience, teenagers are the bomb!
He's recently been more aware of and more opinionated about his clothes. I love how he tucks in just the front part of his shirt. I think this is the cool thing. It looks cool on my Garrison. :)
I wonder what I'd look like with just the front part of my shirt tucked in? That might not be so cool with someone....ahem.....my age. :)

Oh Jenn~ I think you need to do a 'wordless wed' post with a photo of YOU and Garrison both together, with the fronts of your shirts tucked in... that would be a hoot!! ;)

Oh Jenn, you are so funny!! Garrison remind me of my second son Caleb who is also very aware of his clothes.... at only 8 years of age! Yikes!! What will he be like when he is a teenager!!

I think you have to be as cool as Garrison to pull that off Jenn. Don't think us old gals make the cut lol.. Yes count your blessing with your teens. Y'all are great parents. Sometimes kids just go down the wrong road. Happy belated Birthday Garrison!!!
Isn't it funny how they either start trends or "go with" trends? I remember doubling my socks & tight rolling my jeans - what must my Mom have thought when I walked out the door like that?!?!
Garrison is a doll. But shhh! Don't tell him that - it's so uncool to be called that by someone's MOM.
